Born in Israel in 1968, Rabbi Yosef Mizrachi served in the Israeli Air Force before immigrating to New York City. After working in Manhattan’s financial district, he dedicated his life to Torah outreach in 1994.
Since founding the Rabbi Mizrachi Kiruv Organization in 1995, he has delivered over 5,000 lectures, established a yeshiva and kollel in Jerusalem, led events around the world, and helped thousands become Shomer Shabbat, strengthen kashrut in their homes, and reconnect with Torah.

Divine Information grew because the teaching was direct, source-grounded, and practical. The lectures connect mussar, weekly parashah, and current events with the choices people face at home, at work, and in their communities.
The audience includes Jews from secular and religious backgrounds, people who felt disconnected, and families looking for serious Torah guidance. The goal has remained simple: make Torah accessible without watering it down.
Every lecture has remained free from the beginning. There are no paywalls or speaking fees. Supporters keep the teaching and the website, app, livestreams, and archive that distribute it available worldwide.
